With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Margaret Gallagher of Milford, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Gallagher; her parents, Thomas Ward and Mary Ellen Ward (Feehily); her son John Patrick Gallagher; her grandson Adam Thomas Teran; and her brothers, Patrick Joseph (Pat Joe) and Martin Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Gallagher (Shelby), Peggy Kiraly (Michael), Eileen Simmons (Nate) and Kathy Teran (Alfredo); her grandchildren, Shannon, Jessica (Andre), Patrick, Sheila (Andrew), Kailey, Jillian (Nihal), John, Jenna (Louis), TJ, Sean and Evan; her great grandchildren, Kristiana, Gabriella, Cayden, Gannon, Madeline and Logan; and her siblings, Kathleen Mulligan (Vincent) of New York and Michael Ward of Ireland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Ann Church (501 Naugatuck Ave, Milford, CT 06460). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Saint Michael Cemetery (2205 Stratford Ave, Stratford, CT 06615).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children's Hospital or St. Ann Church.
