He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lappie and Elsie Lappie (Ebel); and his wife Geraldine Hershman. He is survived by: his brother John Lappie (Lillian); and his nieces and nephews, Susan Neal, Nancy Beckert, Bob Mikenis (Carole), Mike Mikenis (Lori) and John Lappie (Nancy).
