He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Sr. Fitzpatrick and Theresa Shannon Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Mary Jean Matthews, Joan Kenney, Paul Fitzpatrick and Gerard Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Fitzpatrick; his daughters, Mary Catherine Telman (Tim), Theresa Fitzpatrick Bottei (Paul) and Elizabeth Lukas (Paul); and his siblings, Edwin Fitzpatrick, ClaireMcMullin and Kevin Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
