It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph F. Blando of Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph F. Blando to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Blando; and his parents, Joseph Blando and Frances Blando. He is survived by: his nephew Joe Cool'; his children, Kathy Loewenberg (Jason Forster) and Kristen Jacquet (Jennifer Jacquet); his grandchildren, Kailey Dillman (Jack Dillman), Mia Loewenberg and Cayden Jacquet; his siblings, Frank Blando (Joanne) and Virginia McGoe (Edward); his siblings-in-law, Joan Wheeler (Mark Wheeler) and David Miller (Ann Miller); and also Daniel Loewenberg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Agnes Church (400 Merwin Ave, Milford, CT 06460). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the Saint Mary Cemetery.
