With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose Canas of Milford, Connecticut, born in Montpelier, Vermont, who passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jose Canas to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Canas and Josephina Canas (Diaz). He is survived by: his wife Rita Canas (Emmi); his children, Lorrie Canas, Joseph Canas, Lisa Canas and Leslie Hunter (Bruce); his grandchildren, Spencer, Taylor, Kyle, Courtney, Lindsey, Valerie and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Lowell, Gwen, Maggie, Camden, Bennett and Ellie.
