It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James J. Rackiewicz (Milford, Connecticut), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Rackiewicz Jr. and Sharon Susan Rackiewicz (Nicolett). He is survived by: his wife Laura Rackiewicz (Williams); his sons, Thomas and Alan; his siblings, John and Christina Prete (Buddy); his nieces and nephews, Makenna and Matthew; his brother Dave; his sister-in-law Tracey Williams; his nieces and nephews, Caitlin Contraras (Christopher), Shannon Hearn (Andrew) and Brenna Williams; his parents-in-law, Lee and Claire Williams; his aunt Marion Clare; and also, Jeff (Jennifer) and Alison Clare.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cornerstone Assembly of God (656 Oxford Rd, Oxford, CT 06478).
