He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne Burdo (Sherwood); his parents, James F. Burdo, Sr. and Harriet Burdo (Ball); and his son William Burdo. He is survived by: his son James F. Burdo, III of Milford; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Marcia and Jonathan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
