He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Murtagh Hurley and Irvin Henry Hurley Sr.; his wife Roberta McGrady Hurley; his daughter Janet Hurley Roller; and his sisters, Dorothy Hurley Terrell, Margaret Hurley Wolfe, Ruth Hurley Swift and Frances Hurley Herbert.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan; his sister June Brown; his son-in-law Robin Tummins; and his grandchildren, Sarah Bousquet (Christopher), Kateri Balduino (Michael), Peter Healy (Lauren), Mary MacEachen (Cory), Shaileen Tummins Morton (Scott McVeigh), Scott Tummins (Cyndy), Brian Roller (Amanda), Megan Roller and Douglas Roller (Stacey).
