She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony J. Malisek; her parents, Henry G. Hanley and Hilda A. Hanley (Sandwith); her sister Dr. Phyllis Hanley Ross; and her brothers-in-law, Keith Birkinshaw and Cragg Ross.
She is survived by: her sister Marian Birkinshaw; her nieces, Wendy Birkinshaw Malo (Stephane) of Canada and Lorna Masters (Greg) of Canada; and her nephew Gordon Birkinshaw (Ariel) of Canada. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Andrew's Memorial Fund or the American Diabetes Association.
