She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Barnett; her parents, Lewis Sr. Brown and Louvenia Dunham Brown; and her siblings, Lewis Brown Jr., Hessic L. Brown, Frederick E. Brown, Christine B. Spencer, Esley B. McGriff, Pauline B. Keyes and Caroline B. Fleming.
She is survived by: her daughter Claudia (Andrew Kennedy); her grandson Erik Green Sr.; her great grandchildren, Saniya Green and Erik Green Jr.; her niece Laura Silva; her great-niece Pamela Keyes; and also Devin E. Keyes. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
