He is survived by: his parents, Cecilia Hull and Noble David Cook; his brother Vincent Cook (Lisa) of Milford; his nephew Tyler; his niece Caitlin; his stepparents, Richard Hull and Alexandra Cook; and his sister Karoline Cook of London, UK. He is also survived by his family and so many friends.
