He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Molton Lewis and Edith Elizabeth Lewis (Meyer). He is survived by: his wife Julie (Plue); his daughter Janice; his grandchildren, Skylar Beirne and Jaxon Beirne; his niece Donna Mraz of Colorado; and his nephews, Jim and David MacCaulay.
