He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth Winters and Mary Winters; and his brother John "Jack" Winters. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McLaughlin; his brothers, Russ Winters (Robin) and Richard Winters (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, John Winters (Teresa), Lacey, Seth, Kyle, Karlie, Giovanni and Gavin. He is also survived by great nephews and nieces; as well as extended family.
