With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elvira C. Prokoski of Milford, Connecticut, born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 16, 2023 at the age of 105. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elvira C. Prokoski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond J. Prokoski; her parents, Urbano Freitas Costa and Escolastica Costa (Raposa Corderio); her daughter Regina Prokoski Machernis; and her sisters, Caroline Costa, Virginia Ramos and Emily Furtado.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond M. Prokoski of Branford, Rosanne Margeson (Robert) of Milford and Ramona Prokoski of Milford; her grandson Justin Margeson; and her son-in-law David Machernis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
