He was predeceased by: his parents, George K. Washburn and Goldie Washburn (Austin). He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Black of Milford, CT.; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Black-Soltesz of Boynton Beach, FL, Debra Black of Orange, CT and Richard Black, Jr. of Stratford, CT; and his friend Berta. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephew, great-nephews.
