He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kosa (Bokina); his children, Jeffrey Kosa (Jaimi), Timothy Kosa and Denise Hennessy (John); and his grandchildren, Jasper, Jade, Seamus and Tiernan. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
