He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Torgerson and Bernice Torgerson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Torgerson; his children, Kenneth, Stacy and William Torgerson; his grandchildren, Zyra, Mia, Garrett Torgerson, Nerea and Isabel Blanco; his children, David, Nina, Elina and Daniel Torgerson; and his sisters, Marilyn Codeanne and Cathy Blair. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
