He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Grimshaw and Louise Grimshaw (McElhone). He is survived by: his wife Kendall Grimshaw of Milford; his daughter Allison Moreira (Paul) of Hamden; his grandsons, Matthew and Ryan Moreira; and his brothers, William David Grimshaw and Steve Wax (Kim).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Milford Animal Shelter.
