He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale "Pat" Capodicci and Antoinette Capodicci (Izzo). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Federico (Joe); his grandchildren, Joey Santino and Anthony James Federico; his significant other Carol Cennamo; his stepchildren, Danielle Lamey, Jaime Kelly (Justin) and Gene Marini; his stepgrandchildren, Charlie, Adelaide, Olivia Lamey, Owen and Hayes Kelly; his sisters, JoAnn Smart (Bill) and Flo Mercer; and his nieces and nephews, Billy Smart and Myla Mercer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
