He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Love Dirga; his father Andrew Dirga; his siblings, George Dirga and Irene Patrick; his sister-in-law Sharon Dirga; and his nephew-in-law Raymond T. Carroll.
He is survived by: his brother Peter Dirga of Milford; and his nieces and nephews, Denise Carroll, Laura Kmetz (Joseph), Michelle Murphy (Richard), Christine Mattutini (Thomas) and Leigh Dirga.
