He was predeceased by: his brother Michael T. Patrick. He is survived by: his mother Sheila B. Oppel of Milford; and his siblings, Sheila R. Mallozzi (Ernest) of Milford, Andrew G. Patrick (Collean) of Milford and Douglas B. Patrick (Sherri) of Mt. Juliet. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, fourteen grand nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
