He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Heath (Copjec); and his parents, Richard J. Heath and Eleanor Heath (Wall). He is survived by: his son Michael Heath (Kendall); his grandchildren, Sean and Anna of Washington, D. C.; his sons, David Heath (Jeanine) of Tampa, FL and Jason Heath (Rosemary); his grandchildren, Philip and Michelle of Charlotte, NC; and his siblings, Steven Heath, Geraldine Heath and Laura Mara.
