He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Kauczka (Bekampis); his parents, Michael Kauczka and Catherine Kauczka (Muchinsky); and his siblings, Leo, Sylvester, Edward Kauczka, Thomas Kay, Helen Disbro and Mary Alyson Kauczka.
He is survived by: his children, John Kauczka (Beth) of West Hartford and Janet Neville (Jeff) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his siblings, William Kauczka (Lois) of Endicott, NY and Rosemary Rosen of Dallas, PA; his grandchildren, Michael Neville, Brian Neville (Kim), Christine Capozziello (Matt), Rachel Rodrigues (Alex) and Mary Kauczka; and his sisters-in-law, Sonya Kay and Lucille Bekampis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Alzheimer's Association.
