He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Fazzino and Carmela Fazzino; and his brother Nicola Fazzino of Argentina. He is survived by: his spouse Marinella Fazzino (Salafia); his daughters, Carmela Fazzino-Farah (Fadi Farah) and Agatha Fazzino-Fuggi (Matthew Fuggi); his grandchildren, Joseph, Emily, Sofia and Sam; and his sister Anna Salafia (Fazzino) of Melilli, Sicily.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paolo's memory to St. Sebastian's Renovation Fund, 155 Washington St., Middletown, CT 06457.
