She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Vladik and Mildred Vladik (Marthers) of Middletown; her husband James Zawisa; and her son Richard Zawisa. She is survived by: her son James Zawisa Jr. (Tammy); and her grandsons, Brendan, Daniel and Joshua Zawisa (Taylor Mackenzie).
