He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Follacchio and Lydia Follacchio (Conti); and his son Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Follacchio (Tronsky); his daughter Alicia; his son-in-law Todd; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer, Nicholas, Tristan, Seth (Kaylani) and Heather (Austin); his sister Judy; his nephew Louie; his brother-in-law Bob; and his nieces and nephews, Gary (Ellen), Laura (Donald), Bob Jr. (Sandy) and Dawn.
