She was predeceased by: her husband Philip B. Burgess, Jr.; her parents, Carl J. Ciampaglia and Edith Ciampaglia (Cromwell); her siblings, Raymond C. Ciampaglia and Janet Fogarty; and her nephew Raymond M. Ciampaglia.
She is survived by: her sons, David P. Burgess (Beth) of Meriden, Timothy C. Burgess of Middletown and Brad S. Burgess (Monique) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Zachary P. Burgess and Paige Burgess; and her daughter-in-law Monique.
