He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fazzino and Maria Fazzino (Pitruzello). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Fazzino (Jaskot); his children, John Fazzino of Middletown and Jennifer Fazzino of Middletown; and his siblings, Anthony Fazzino (Lina) of Middlefield and Paula Lieberman (Jonathan) of Delray Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biega Funeral Home (3 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Sebastian Church (155 Washington St, Middletown, CT 06457).
