It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen L. Dion of Middletown, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloria Fulner Landers and John Landers; her sister Carolyn Pohorylo; and her former husband Richard (Pamela Dion). She is survived by: her children, Aimee Romero (David), Sue Leighton (Adam) of North Granby and Michael Dion (Michele) of East Haven; her grandchildren, Michael, Samantha Romero, Abigail, Elizabeth Leighton and Madison Dion; her extended family, Brittany, Ryan Landers, Ann Marie Landers and Leanne Arnold; and her pet Oddie.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Saint Pius X Catholic Church (310 Westfield St, Middletown, CT 06457).
