She was predeceased by: her husband Emilio "Mel" Greco; and her parents, Vincent Szpakowski and Anna Szpakowski (Muzien). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, in memory of Kay, donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church or to Catholic Charities.
