It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Marion Higgins of Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Higgins; her parents, Raymond Stack and Marion Stack (Meeker); and her siblings, Gladys Wallace, Sandra Spencer, Joan Smith, Linda Walden and Wayne Caverly.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert, Dale and Joseph; and her sisters, Marion Stack Forbes and Sharon Stack Petsa. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Doolittle Funeral Home (14 Old Church St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
