He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Kalisz; and his parents, Joseph Kalisz and Tessie Kalisz. He is survived by: his wife Allene Kalisz; his daughter Jennifer Salisbury (Mark Salisbury); his grandsons, Matthew Salisbury and Daniel Salisbury (Madison Salisbury); his great grandchild Arminius; and his sister Paulie Bladek (Kalisz).
