He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Skarb and Julia Skarb (Waz); his siblings, Walter, Stanley Skarb and Marilyn Lardizzone; and his brother-in-law John Russo.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Skarb (Geary); his daughters, Amy Herold (Michael) of Oxford and Susan O'Rourke (Gerry) of Essex; his sister Theresa Russo of Middletown; his grandsons, Greg, Daniel, Ryan Herold, Kevin, Patrick and Connor O'Rourke; his great grandchild Finn William Herold; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia, Sandra Skarb and Guy Lardizzone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
