He was predeceased by: his father Carl A. Clark. He is survived by: his wife April Clark (Desjarlais); his mother Patricia Clark (Meyer) of Tennessee; his children, Joshua Hall, Colleen Clark and Jacqueline Clark; and his sister Heidi Clark.
