He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Xavier; and his brothers, John E., Jerome W. and Joseph E. Koch. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Koch (Whalen); his wife Lois; his sons, Michael (Elizabeth Seale) of Hobart, NY and Paul (Dianna) of Delmar; his grandsons, Noah Xavier and Liam James; and his sisters, Margaret Wiernasz of Rocky Hill, CT, Rita Sclafani (Sal) of Washington, DC and Gretchen Koch of Middletown, CT..
