She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Joell and Elsie Joell (Seymore); her husband Charles; and her sons, Charles Jr. (Joy) and Lamont (Donna).

She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Ann) of Middletown and Bettye Oliver. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
