He is survived by: his children, Celeste Ricci-Trahan (Stephen Trahan) of Hampton Falls, NH, Cheryl Slomkowski (Richard Rende) of Santa Monica, CA, Martin Slomkowski (Cher) of East Haddam, CT and Paul Slomkowski (Julie LaPlante) of Colfax, NC; his siblings, Thomas Slomkowski of Chaplin and Theresa Manning of South Dartmouth, MA; and his grandchildren, Michael, Tony, Jordan, Iliana, Kyra and Jack.
