He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Marion Ouellette; his parents, Philip Ouellette and Lucienne Livernois; his sisters, Percilla Bernier and Dolores McKay; and his grandsons, Keltin Ouellette and Jeremiah Trujillo.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Ouellette (Suzy) of Utah and Tira Ouellette (Ramon) of New Mexico; his grandchildren, Jesse, CleAnn, Joelyne, Kedryn, Kaiden and Keith; his stepchildren, Kathy Poter-Gervais (Marcel) of Connecticut, Scott Poter (Diane) of Connecticut and Craig Poter of Connecticut; and his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Deanna, Amber, Kaylee and Kristie. He is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.
