It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irma Shemeth of Middlefield, Connecticut, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Helenek and Mary Helenek (Durnik); and her husband Leon Shemeth. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Edward (Michele Bartick), Reverend Scott (Cathy Shemeth), Todd (Julie Shemeth), Dr. Michael (Charlene Ferris) and Shaun (Debra Shemeth); her sister Emily Helenek Marino; and her cousins, Helenek Pitlik and Carolene Watrol. She is also survived by sister, aunt and dear friend, Irma leaves behind two daughters.
Due to the pandemic, masks and social distancing will be required.
