She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Hunderlach and Margaret B. Hunderlach of Middletown; her husband Robert W. Rand Sr.; and her son Robert W. Rand Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Rand (Amy) of Middlefield and Susan Zajac (Paul) of Higganum; and her grandchildren, R. Wesley Rand III (Mikki) of Cromwell, Seth Rand of New Hampshire, Michelle Strycharz (Paul) of Coventry, Dale Zajac (Cheryl) of New Hampshire, Ethan Rand (Carolyn) of Middlefield and Evan Rand of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
