She was predeceased by: her spouse Casimer F. Augustine; her parent Frank Makuch; her daughter Joan Finnegan; and her siblings, Mary Binkowski, Sophie Berchulski, Frank, Jr., John, Andrew, Adolph, Edward and Joseph Makuch.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Makuch (Stefanowicz); her son Paul Augustine of Middlefield; and her grandchildren, Kathleen Duprey (Christopher), Christopher and Thomas Finnegan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
