Bishop Atwell III Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bishop Atwell III of Middlefield, Connecticut, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Bishop R. Atwell, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Atwell (Peg); his wife Joan Handley; his sister Joanne Peterson of Rockfall; his children, Sarah Atwell (Michael Kudrak) of Middletown and Jesse Atwell (Caitlin) of Rockfall; his sisters-in-law, Karen Brown of Middletown and Beth Priestley of New Hampshire; his niece Kim Sansone of Middletown; and his grandson Robert Kudrak.
All are open to friends and family as long as masks are worn and COVID precautions are in place.
