He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis K. Holland, Sr. and Mary Ellen Fitzgerald Holland. He is survived by: his wife Maryanne Nigro Holland; his children, Francesca Holland and Luke Holland; and his brothers, Francis K. Holland, Jeremiah Holland (Michele) of Berkeley California and James Holland (Alycia) of Woodstock, Connecticut. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
