Hakim (Middlebury, Connecticut), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 15, 2018, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Gabriel Hakim and Paula Hakim (Sleeman); his sister Nadia Hakim; his nephew Godson Stevenson; and also Mathew Stevenson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
