It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter H. Nicholas of Middlebury, Connecticut, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Argiro Nicholas (Giannopoulos); his parents, Georgia Nikolakopoulos and Harry Nikolakopoulos; his son-in-law Dionysios Vithoulkas; and his sister Polixeni Thanopoulos.
He is survived by: his children, Georgia Vithoulkas, Demetra Ballas (James), Donna Roland (Matthew) and Harry Nicholas (Eleni); his siblings, John Nicholas, Caroline Eleftheriou, Despina Dassouras and Athanasia Nicholas; his grandchildren, Anastasia Persico, Roula, Socrates Vithoulkas, Paul Ballas, Petrina Canevari, Elena Dykas, Peter Anastas, Alex and Christina Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Elena, Dionysios, Olympia, Olivia, Layla, Niko, Katerina, James, Christina, Alexa, Zoe and Hunter.
