She was predeceased by: her spouse John J. Massimo; her parent Joseph Testa; and her siblings, Salvatore, Fred, John, Joseph Testa, Josephine Mancini, Jean DiPietro and Lena Guerrera.
She is survived by: her parent Marietta Testa (Petrucelli); her daughter Lisa Massimo Bushka (Terry) of Middlebury; her brother Anthony Testa (Mary Jane) of Waterbury; and her grandchildren, Ariel Victoria Bushka and Tyler Terrence Bushka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
