He was predeceased by: his parent Khalil Bashawaty. He is survived by: his mother Karen Crawford of Naugatuck, CT; his wife Elizabeth C. Bashawaty (Caputo); his children, Khal, Maya, Kayla and Emma Bashawaty; and his siblings, Geoff Boka (Kate) of Newtown, CT, Tanya Baldessari (Dan) of Colorado Springs, CO and Teesha Maupin (Jeff) of Eureka, MO. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
