The memory of Valerie Formanski of Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on October 12, 2024 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley T. Formanski; and her parents, Liudvikes Kubickes and Ona Zaioyte-Kubickiene. She is survived by: her children, Pamela (Bill Brooks), Laura (Mark Rogers), Cheryl (Bob Shiels) and Robert; her daughter-in-law Tricia Formanski of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Aaron Rogers (Melanie), Brittany Cory (Zachary), Justin Rogers (Marisa), Ryan Formanski (Larissa), Griffin Formanski and Christopher Shiels; her great grandchildren, Rosemary, Alma, Peter, Paul, Kateri Cory, Ilana, Adam Rogers, Theodore Rogers, Cole and Lila Formanski; her sister Jean Julien; and her niece Caryn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the State Veterans' Cemetery.
