He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Coulter (Mary) of Meriden and David Coulter of New Britain; his half-sister Sandra Enquist of Prospect; and his grandchildren, Mathew, Andrew, Lauren, Trevor, Justin and Christian Coulter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
