He is survived by: his wife Carlynne; his daughters, Tracy Gagliardi (Joseph) and Amy Platt (Steven); his grandchildren, Nicholas Signore (Alexandra), Jake Signore (Andrea Scarfi), Zachary Signore, Madison Platt, Olivia Platt and Brody Platt; his great grandchildren, Mason Signore and Elise Falco; his siblings, Donna Fisher and Joe Macord (Judy); and his caregivers, Belinda Washington and Josue Feliciano.
